ClassicMafia solves the problem of tracking your player statistics from offline events online. In order for event moderator to recognize you online and link you to appropriate player profile with statistics, a moderator needs to recall who you are in offline - recognize you online.

After your online account is linked by event moderator with the player profile created offline - you get access to your game statistics. That is why ClassicMafia does collect and store personal data after you login via Facebook:

• Full name - in order to retrieve your real name, so that moderator can recognize you and link to a player profile in our database
• Email address - in order to automatically contact you for consent extension after 365 days as described below
• Facebook account identifier - in order to retrieve your Facebook profile avatar image, so that moderator can recognize you and link to a player profile in our database
• Facebook account email address - for the case when privacy policy changes, for extension of data storing consent, or in case moderator needs to contact you for offline related administrative questions

By logging in via Facebook you give us the permition (consent) to store your personal data (information described above) for 365 days. After 365 days user receives the links via email to either withraw the consent and remove stored personal data or otherwise extend the consent for 365 days.

Please contact us via email [email protected] if you want to remove your personal data from our data base - withraw the given consent. Such requests are normally processed within 2 weeks.
